Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Nurse to provide exceptional patient care across the care continuum. Key Responsibilities

• Nursing Professional Practice: Assess, identify appropriate nursing diagnoses, develop and update care plans, and monitor patient conditions to optimize outcomes.
• Advocacy: Collaborate in care planning to promote patient autonomy, dignity, rights, and values.
• Facilitation of Learning: Foster a learning environment for patients, families, and healthcare team members, including students.
• Safety and Quality: Ensure patient safety, incorporate evidence-based practices, and address safety issues proactively.

Minimum Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
