Commitment To Safety & Quality

Demonstrates accountability for safety, proactively identifying and correcting problems.

Integrates evidence-based practices and research into nursing care, utilizing data and evidence to improve patient outcomes.

Aligns patient safety, self-safety, and environmental safety as equally important components for achieving the best outcomes.

Professional Growth & Leadership

Engages in ongoing professional development, practicing to the full scope of licensure within the legal parameters of the Nurse Practice Act, ANA Code of Ethics, and specialty nursing standards.

Promotes a culture of inquiry that explores, integrates, and disseminates research and evidence-based practice.

Leads and coordinates care teams, delegates tasks appropriately, and collaborates effectively with all members of the inter-professional care team, integrating nursing knowledge and modeling professional behaviors.

Required Qualifications

Graduation from an accredited nursing program (ADN, Diploma, or BSN).

Current, unrestricted Washington State Registered Nurse (RN) License upon hire.

Current National Provider BLS (Basic Life Support) certification from the American Heart Association upon hire.

Current National Provider NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program) certification from the American Academy of Pediatrics upon hire.

Minimum of one (1) year of nursing experience in an acute care setting, preferably in critical care, intermediate care, step-down, telemetry, or a comparable high-acuity medical/surgical environment.

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN).

Compensation & Benefits

Our partner facility offers a competitive salary, a comprehensive benefits package, and the aforementioned $15,000 hiring bonus for eligible external candidates.
