Job summary

Southcoast Health is seeking an RN for Imaging Services at St. Luke's Hospital, New Bedford, MA. This role supports nursing care, administers medications and anesthesia-related procedures, and monitors patients during high-risk interventions.

Requirements include a Massachusetts RN license, ACLS and IV certification, and vaccination per policy. The position offers a day shift with on-call rotation and a $3,000 sign-on for eligible candidates, with compensation determined by experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent is required with a current RN License in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
• Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification and IV certification are required.
• Current RN License in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
• Must be fully vaccinated against seasonal Influenza and the COVID-19 virus or be exempt by signing a statement if hired

• Under supervision, perform nursing care and related activities (vital signs, IVs, oxygen function).
• Administer medication, sedation, contrast media etc.
• Assist and monitor patients during invasive/high risk procedures.
• Maintain and monitor equipment and supplies pertaining to emergency patient care.

*$3,000 New Hire Sign On with 2+ years of RN Imaging Services experience. Rehires Termed greater than 1 year are eligible*

Hours: 24hrs

Shift: Day shift with On Call rotation (weeknights, weekends and holiday)

Location: St. Luke's Hospital - New Bedford, MA

Under the general supervision and direction of the Manager, Radiology Clinical Services or designee, perform nursing care and related activities as required (i.e., vital signs, IV s oxygen function). Administer medication, sedation, contrast media etc. Assist and monitor patients during invasive/high risk procedures. Conduct various education programs to patients, staff and ancillary personnel. Maintain and monitor equipment and supplies pertaining to emergency patient care.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent is required with a current RN License in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
• Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification and IV certification are required.
• Current RN License in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
• Must be fully vaccinated against seasonal Influenza and the COVID 19 virus or to be exempt from the requirement for medical or personal reasons by signing a statement certifying you are choosing to be exempt from vaccination once hired

Compensation: Pay rate will be determined based on level of experience.

Pay Range

USD $42.37 - USD $77.81 /Hr.
