Job summary

Arkansas Children’s Hospital in Oak Grove, AR, is seeking an RN for the Nurse Resource Pool. This full-time role covers 7p-7a, providing competent nursing care to diverse pediatric patients within a trusted hospital setting.

You will collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, document care, participate in rounds and patient handoffs, and contribute to education for families and staff. A valid RN license is required, with ADN and a BSN recommended for growth.

Qualifications

• RN license in Arkansas or compact state
• BLS/ACLS certification may be required
• Experience in a hospital setting preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide safe and effective nursing care to patients and families
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team and participate in rounds
• Accurately document patient care, assessments, and teaching
• Assist with hand-offs and critical changes in patient condition
• Mentor students and new staff, and contribute to quality improvement
