Job summary

University Medical Center of El Paso is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Float Pool to deliver patient care using the nursing process. You will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams in a fast-paced hospital setting.

The ideal candidate has a BSN, two years of RN experience, active TX license, CPR, ACLS within six months, and TNCC/ATCN within one year. Night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM offered with full-time schedule.

Qualifications

• Two years of RN experience in hospital/acute care preferred.
• Active Texas RN license required.
• CPR certification required; ACLS within six months of start.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care through assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation using established standards and collaborate with other disciplines.
