Job summary

Qualifications

• Provides independent care to unit specific patient population and acts as clinical resource for others.
• Accountable for processes and outcomes of care.
• Collaborates with interdisciplinary team to plan and coordinate care.
• Supports charge nurse decisions and unit governance activities.
• Participates in Performance Improvement and Evidence Based Practice at the unit level.
