Job summary

Responsibilities

• Utilizes the Nursing Process to deliver and manage patient care.
• Performs patient assessment and reassessment per standard procedure.
• Develops and coordinates individual plan of care including discharge planning.
• Directs, supervises, coordinates and evaluates nursing care in the assigned setting.
