Valley Health in Winchester, VA is seeking a Registered Nurse II (RN II) to deliver comprehensive nursing care within a collaborative team. The role emphasizes the nursing process, effective communication, and leadership in patient safety and education.

Responsibilities include directing patient teaching, participating in department initiatives, and maintaining accurate documentation. RN licensure in the applicable state is required, along with BLS/Healthcare Provider certification.

Formación

• Associates degree in nursing is required; BSN is preferred.
• Must hold an RN license valid in Virginia/West Virginia or be eligible.
• BLS/Healthcare Provider certification required.

Responsabilidades

• Provide care using the nursing process: assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation.
• Direct, coordinate, and implement patient teaching and quality/safety initiatives.
• Support teamwork and leadership; participate in unit initiatives and portfolio reviews.
• Maintain communication with Director/Designee and peers; ensure documentation accuracy.
