Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assess patients by collecting and documenting data through interviewing, history taking and physical assessment.
• Obtain accurate and relevant assessment data and interpret normal vs abnormal findings.
• Determine nursing diagnoses and plan, implement, and evaluate care.
• Coordinate care with other providers and educate patients and families.
• Maintain patient comfort and safety and document clinical records.
• Adhere to hospital policies and C-I-CARE Standards.
