Job summary

Stanford Medicine Partners is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide compassionate care in an ambulatory setting under the UHA policies. The RN will assist the care team with the medical plan of care, room patients, manage patient flow and document accurately in the EMR.

The role requires clinical experience, state RN licensure, and strong teamwork, communication, and attention to safety and quality measures. Travel is minimal; workplace is in Menlo Park, CA.

Qualifications

• Two years of recent clinical experience.
• Ambulatory care experience preferred.
• Ability to perform clinical procedures including conscious sedation within RN scope.
• Knowledge of nursing terminology and patient safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Rooming patients and keeping providers on schedule.
• Review charts and assist with the plan of care.
• Administer medications and vaccines.
• Communicate updates to patient requests.
• Maintain infection control and clinic protocols.
