Job summary

• Obtain accurate assessment data and interpret normal vs. abnormal findings; determine nursing diagnoses.
• Plan, implement, and evaluate care; coordinate with other providers and document care plans.
• Ensure patient education, safety, and emotional support; maintain a healing environment.
