Job summary

Stanford Health Care Tri-Valley is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide direct patient care in an evidence-based, safety-focused environment.

The RN will perform nursing processes from assessment to evaluation, coordinate care with the care team, and educate patients and families to prevent complications and support self-care. The role requires CA nursing licensure and BLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Maintain patient safety and participate in department meetings as assigned.
