MaineHealth Accountable Care Organization in Biddeford, ME seeks a Registered Nurse in the Nursing Float Pool. Per diem night shifts offer opportunities across Medical-Surgical, ICU, and ED settings with self-scheduling and weekend rotation options.

The RN II role focuses on patient care management, leadership, professionalism, and ongoing development in a dynamic environment with support for growth and a broad clinical footprint.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing required; BSN preferred.
• Current RN license in applicable state and BLS certification required; ACLS/PALS within 1 year where applicable.
• One year of RN experience required; competency in acute care essential.
• Annual Electronic Fetal Monitoring competency required for RN assisting Laboring Women.

Responsibilities

• Provide RN care across multiple units within the Nursing Float Pool.
• Manage patient care, lead and participate in professional growth and assessment.
• Adapt to varied acuity levels and settings with strong critical thinking.

Skills
