GBMC HealthCare is seeking an ASAP Registered Nurse 2 for Supplemental Tier A on day/night rotating 12-hour shifts at GBMC Hospital in Towson, MD. The role emphasizes direct patient care, nursing process, and collaboration with the care team.

Qualifications

• Associate Degree from an accredited School of Nursing.
• Current Maryland RN license.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients using Nursing Process; establish diagnoses and priorities.
• Develop and update written plan of care in collaboration with care team.
• Administer medications, IV therapy, and treatments; respond to emergencies as needed.
• Coordinate patient care with family and health-team members; document status and plan.
• Monitor and adjust care based on patient condition and response to treatment.
