• Utilize the nursing process to assess, diagnose, plan and evaluate care.
• Administer medications and IV therapy and document care accurately.
• Coordinate patient care with families and health team members.
• Communicate status to physicians and teammates; provide patient teaching.
• Prioritize and manage multiple patient assignments each shift.
