GBMC HealthCare is seeking a Registered Nurse 2 for the Unit 42 Medicine/Telemetry/Oncology on the night shift (7:00 pm–7:30 am) in Towson, MD. Requires an Associate Degree in Nursing and Maryland RN license. CPR is required, with ACLS/PALS/NRP as needed for specialty areas.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient using Nursing Process and formulate care plans.
• Plan, implement and coordinate patient care across disciplines.
• Administer medications, IV therapy and treatments; monitor patient status.
• Coordinate discharge planning and patient/family education.
• Document accurately in medical record and communicate with care team.
