Job summary

Med Career Solutions is seeking an experienced ICU RN for a full-time night shift in the Destin/Ft. Walton Beach area, Florida. The role offers a competitive pay rate and relocation assistance on a case-by-case basis.

You will join a large, supportive healthcare system focused on teamwork, patient-centered care, and ongoing education. An active RN license is required; ICU experience is preferred, with ACLS/BLS/TNCC completed within designated timelines.

Shift: Nights (Rotating Weekends)

We’re currently hiring an ICU RN for a full-time permanent opportunity with a well-established health care organization located in the beautiful Destin/Ft. Walton Beach area!

What they’re looking for:

• Active RN license
• 1 year of acute care ICU experience preferred (would consider ED or Surgical Floor experience)
• Associate degree or bachelor’s degree
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• ACLS must be obtained within 90 days of employment start date
• BLS must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
• Nonviolent Crisis Intervention must be obtained within 90 days of employment start date
• TNCC must be obtained within 6 months of employment start date

Compensation:

Pay Rate: UP to $39.60/hr. base pay
Shift Diff: $4.25/hr. nights
Relocation Assistance: Case by Case Basis
