Job summary

LanceSoft is seeking an ICU Registered Nurse (RN) for night shifts in Ft. Walton Beach, FL. The role offers a sign-on bonus and a competitive hourly wage with night differentials, plus relocation on a case-by-case basis.

Ideal candidates hold an ADN, Florida RN license (or compact with 60 days to obtain FL license), and BLS; ACLS/TNCC and nonviolent crisis intervention within 90 days. Relevant ICU/ER/CVICU experience is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year ICU/ER/CVICU experience in the last 3 years.
• PCU/IMCU accepted with 2+ years experience.
• Active Florida RN license (or compact) must obtain FL license within 60 days.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality care to critically ill patients requiring close monitoring.
• Perform ongoing patient assessments and respond to clinical changes.
• Administer medications and manage treatment plans.
• Serve as patient and family advocate while ensuring confidentiality.

• Salary Range: $29.04 – $34.32 (10 years of experience) – $39.60 (15 +years of experience) + Benefits
• Shift Differential: $4.25 (nights) + $1.50 specialty differentials
