Job summary

Mercy Hospital - W Memorial Rd in Oklahoma is hiring a Night shift RN for the ICU Step Down unit. This full-time role offers 36 hours per week and a sign-on bonus up to $15,000 for experienced nurses.

The 32-bed unit serves neurological, medical and surgical patients and is part of Mercy's certified Comprehensive Stroke Center program. New graduates are welcome to apply for 2026 entry and you will join a compassionate, tech-enabled team focused on innovative patient care.

Qualifications

• Required Education: Nursing Degree from an accredited school
• Preferred Education: BSN preferred but ADN acceptable
• License: Obtain and maintain current RN license in hiring state or compact licensure
• Certifications: Basic Life Support (BLS) certification

Overview:

This high-energy 32-bed unit is in the critical care service line, which serves patients transitioning out of Intensive Care and/or patients requiring a higher level of care. Our higher acuity population is primarily comprised of neurological, medical, and surgical patients. With our neurological specialty, we are a Certified Comprehensive Stroke Center program.

Qualifications:

• Required Education: Nursing Degree from an accredited school
• Preferred Education: Prefer BSN but ADN is acceptable
• License: Is personally responsible for obtaining, and maintaining, a current RN license within the hiring state and/or compact licensure in which nursing duties are performed and must meet all state board of nursing requirements.
• Certifications: Basic Life Support certification through the American Heart Association
