Mercy Hospital – W Memorial Rd in Oklahoma City area is seeking an ICU Step Down RN for nights, full-time (36 hours per week). This unit handles high-acuity neurological, medical, and surgical patients in a certified stroke center.

We welcome 2026 new graduates. RN licensure, BLS, and a passion for compassionate care are required. Join a team committed to advancing patient outcomes with innovative care practices.

Overview:

This high-energy 32-bed unit is in the critical care service line, which serves patients transitioning out of Intensive Care and/or patients requiring a higher level of care. Our higher acuity population is primarily comprised of neurological, medical, and surgical patients. With our neurological specialty, we are a Certified Comprehensive Stroke Center program.

Qualifications:

• Required Education: Nursing Degree from an accredited school
• Preferred Education: Prefer BSN but ADN is acceptable
• License: Is personally responsible for obtaining, and maintaining, a current RN license within the hiring state and/or compact licensure in which nursing duties are performed and must meet all state board of nursing requirements.
• Certifications: Basic Life Support certification through the American Heart Association
