Mercy Hospital - W Memorial Rd in Oklahoma City area is seeking nurses for a high-energy ICU Step Down unit. The role supports patients transitioning from ICU with a focus on neurological, medical, and surgical care.

The unit is part of a Certified Comprehensive Stroke Center program, reflecting a commitment to advanced care and innovation. This position offers a sign-on bonus up to $15,000 for experienced nurses, night shifts, and a 36-hour workweek.

Formación

• Nursing degree from an accredited school.
• RN license in the hiring state and/or compact licensure.
• BLS certification through the American Heart Association.

Overview:

This high-energy 32-bed unit is in the critical care service line, which serves patients transitioning out of Intensive Care and/or patients requiring a higher level of care. Our higher acuity population is primarily comprised of neurological, medical, and surgical patients. With our neurological specialty, we are a Certified Comprehensive Stroke Center program.

Qualifications:

• Required Education: Nursing Degree from an accredited school
• Preferred Education: Prefer BSN but ADN is acceptable
• License: Is personally responsible for obtaining, and maintaining, a current RN license within the hiring state and/or compact licensure in which nursing duties are performed and must meet all state board of nursing requirements.
• Certifications: Basic Life Support certification through the American Heart Association
