Seacrest Behavioral Health is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for ICU or Telemetry in an acute-care hospital setting. You will monitor and document patient status, administer medications, and collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure safe care.

Qualifications

• Active Virginia RN license.
• Minimum 1 year ICU or Telemetry experience in the past 2 years.
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications from the American Heart Association.
• QuantiFERON-TB Gold test within 12 months.
• COVID-19 vaccination or approved exemption.

Responsibilities

• Assessing and monitoring patients' conditions in ICU/Telemetry.
• Administering medications, IV therapies, and treatments.
• Monitor cardiac rhythms and use of specialized equipment.
• Collaborating with physicians and interdisciplinary teams.

Role Overview: Provide high-quality, safe patient care in an acute-care hospital setting, monitoring and documenting patient conditions, administering medications and treatments, and collaborating with healthcare teams. Maintain accurate records, follow safety protocols, and educate patients and families about care plans.

Responsibilities Include

• Assessing and monitoring patients' conditions
• Administering medications, IV therapies, and treatments
• Monitoring cardiac rhythms and specialized equipment
• Collaborating with physicians and interdisciplinary teams
• Ensuring compliance with hospital policies and safety standards
• Educating patients and families on treatment and discharge instructions
• Demonstrating professionalism and adaptability in a fast-paced environment

Qualifications And Skills

• Active Virginia RN license
• At least one year of recent ICU or Telemetry experience within the past two years
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications from the American Heart Association
• Recent QuantiFERON-TB Gold test (within 12 months)
• COVID-19 vaccination or approved exemption
• Additional credentials may be required based on specialty and facility
