Job summary

Proforma Health is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for ICU or Telemetry, per diem coverage with day and night shifts. The role emphasizes delivering safe, high-quality care in an acute-care hospital setting, with ongoing assessment, monitoring, and treatment of patients.

Qualified candidates hold an active Virginia RN license, have ICU or Telemetry experience, and possess BLS and ACLS through the American Heart Association. COVID-19 vaccination or approved exemption is required where applicable.

Registered Nurse (RN) – ICU or Telemetry, Per Diem, Day & Night Shifts

Responsibilities include:

delivering safe, high-quality care in an acute-care hospital setting, assessing and monitoring patients, administering medications and IV therapies, monitoring cardiac rhythms, collaborating with healthcare teams, maintaining accurate electronic records, and educating patients and families.

Qualifications:

active Virginia RN license, at least one year of recent ICU or Telemetry experience, BLS and ACLS certifications through the American Heart Association, recent QuantiFERON-TB Gold test, and COVID-19 vaccination or approved exemption. Additional credentials may be required based on specific assignments.
