Qualifications

• RN licensure required (state).
• BLS CPR certification required.

• Proficiency with standard hospital software and Windows.
• Fluency in English (oral and written) required.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive nursing assessments across multiple domains.
• Develop, implement and revise individualized care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments per orders and protocol.
• Educate patients and families on conditions, treatments, and self-care.
• Coordinate with medical staff to optimize patient care.
• Document care activities accurately in the medical record.
• Monitor outcomes and adjust plans to improve health results.
• Ensure infection control and safety compliance.
• Provide emotional support and therapeutic communication.
• Supervise care by healthcare team members as needed.
• Respond to code situations and escalate appropriately.
