Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments across physical, psychological, developmental, sociocultural, spiritual and lifestyle factors.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans and reassess regularly.
• Administer medications and treatments per orders and hospital protocol.
• Educate patients and families about conditions, treatments, and self-care.
• Collaborate with medical staff to coordinate and optimize patient care.
