Job summary

Scripps Health is seeking a part-time Registered Nurse for the ICU SSRS (System Wide Float Pool) to provide direct patient care across the Scripps system. The role supports 12-hour day shifts with weekend coverage and offers eligible new hire incentives of $2,000.

Location involves float between five hospitals within the system. As an SSRS ICU RN, you will assess, plan, implement and evaluate care while taking primary responsibility for patient care as part of the care team.

Job description

Registered Nurse RN – Part Time, Benefited – ICU SSRS ( System Wide Float Pool )
Schedule: 48 hours per 2-week pay period | 12-hour Day Shifts (including weekends)
Location: Float between all five Hospitals

As a member of the SSRS ICU team, you can fill vital roles onassignments throughout the system to provide critical coverage for employee’s leave of absences, sick calls, and peak service demands while gaining experience in a variety of environments.

Join our Scripps SSRS team as a Registered Nurse where you will provide direct patient care within the scope of your practice. This includes the following: assessment, planning and implementing a plan of care and evaluating patients' progress towards expected outcomes. The RN takes primary responsibility for the patients' care as delivered by the Care Team under his/her supervision. Works collaboratively with other members of the patient care team to ensure optimal patient care.
