Job summary

Endeavor Health in Evanston, IL is seeking an RN - ICU for a full-time night shift (7pm–7:30am) with weekend rotation, 36 hours per week. The hourly pay range is $36.00–$55.80, with a new minimum of $37.25 beginning October after compensation review.

• Assume responsibility, accountability and authority for outcomes of nursing care.
• Guide and direct assigned unlicensed nursing personnel in delivering patient care.
• Positively contributing to safety outcomes and promoting high quality patient experience.

Hourly Pay Range: $36.00 - $55.80 - The hourly pay rate offered is determined by a candidate's expertise and years of experience, among other factors. Endeavor Health is currently conducting a comprehensive review of our compensation structure. The new minimum for this role will be adjusted to $37.25 base pay hourly rate beginning with the second paycheck in October.

What you will need
