Job summary

Endeavor Health is seeking an RN for Critical Care - Nights in Arlington Heights, IL. This full-time position works 6pm–6:30am with every other weekend, 36 hours per week, and offers a $15,000 sign-on bonus for RNs with 2+ years of ICU experience.

You'll provide patient assessment, coordinate care, communicate with the care team, educate patients and families, and participate in quality improvement initiatives while maintaining current IL RN licensure and AHA CPR certification.

Qualifications

• Successful completion of an Associate's degree or BSN from an accredited school of nursing.
• Current licensure to practice nursing in the State of Illinois.
• Current CPR certification from the American Heart Association.

• Provides patient assessment and collection of health data involving patient, family and other health care providers.
• Coordinates patient plan of care to assure interventions are consistent, safe, timely and appropriate.
• Communicates clearly and effectively with all customers, in person, on the phone and in writing.
• Individualizes patient and family teaching based on a thorough assessment to meet their specific learning needs.
• Participates in evaluating quality and effectiveness of nursing practice by participating in quality improvement initiatives.
• Maintains professional knowledge in current nursing practice standards, laws and regulations.

Job description

Hourly Pay Range: $36.00 - $55.80 - The hourly pay rate offered is determined by a candidate's expertise and years of experience, among other factors.

Endeavor Health is currently conducting a comprehensive review of our compensation structure. The new minimum for this role will be adjusted to $37.25 base pay hourly rate beginning with the second paycheck in October.
