Job summary

Endeavor Health's Arlington Heights, IL ICU team is seeking an experienced RN for night shift (6pm–6:30am), 36 hours/week with every other weekend. Eligible for a $15,000 sign-on bonus for RNs with 2+ years ICU experience. Full-time position with competitive pay.

You will assess patients, coordinate care plans, communicate with families and staff, provide teaching, participate in quality improvement, and maintain Illinois RN licensure and CPR certification.

Qualifications

• Successful completion of an Associate's degree or BSN from an accredited school of nursing.
• Current licensure to practice nursing in the State of Illinois.
• Current CPR certification from the American Heart Association.

Responsibilities

• Provides patient assessment and collection of health data involving patient, family and other health care providers.
• Coordinates patient plan of care to assure interventions are safe, timely and appropriate.
• Communicates clearly with patients, families and health care staff.
