Job summary

Endeavor Health is seeking an experienced RN for Labor and Delivery night shift in Arlington Heights, IL. The role is full-time (36 hours/week) with 7pm–7:30am hours and a rotating third weekend/holiday schedule.

A $25,000 sign-on bonus is offered, with at least 18 months of L&D experience and IL RN licensure required. Candidate must have an Associate degree or BSN, CPR certification, and current Illinois licensure.

Qualifications

• Provides patient assessment and collection of health data involving patient, family and other health care providers.
• Coordinates patient plan of care to ensure interventions are safe, timely and appropriate.
• Communicates clearly and effectively with all customers, in person, on the phone and in writing.
• Individualizes patient and family teaching based on a thorough assessment to meet learning needs.
• Participates in evaluating quality and effectiveness of nursing practice by participating in quality improvement initiatives.
• Maintains professional knowledge in current nursing practice standards, laws and regulations.
