Job summary

Scripps Green Hospital ICU (La Jolla) is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for a full-time night shift. You will provide direct patient care during 12-hour night rotations (1900-0730) within the ICU and collaborate with the care team to achieve optimal patient outcomes.

The role emphasizes patient- and family-centered care, professional collaboration, and ongoing growth in a teaching ICU with opportunities to advance skills in transplant patient management.

Responsibilities

• Providing direct patient care within the scope of your practice.
• Patient care includes assessment, planning and implementing a plan of care, and evaluating patients' progress toward expected outcomes.
• With quality patient and family-centered care in mind, the RN takes primary responsibility for the patients' care as delivered by the Care Team under their supervision.
• Work collaboratively with other members of the patient care team to ensure optimal patient care.

Registered Nurse (RN) – Full Time
Schedule: 72 hours per 2-week pay period | 12-hour Night shifts (1900-0730)
Location: Scripps Green ICU (La Jolla/Torrey Pines)

This position is eligible for New Hire and Relocation Incentives up to $7K .

Our 24-bed mixed ICU poses a great challenge to make sure you keep yourself updated on best practices and different patient populations. We are a teaching facility with in-house Intensive Care Pulmonologist that manage our patients closely with nursing collaboration. • Must remain in original Job Title
• Transfers to other locations will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis andmay result in forfeiting remaining incentive bonus unless specifically notedin your offer letter.
