Job summary

Endeavor Health in Evanston, IL seeks an RN – ICU to join our full-time team (24 hours per week). This day/night rotating position includes rotating weekends and offers hourly pay ranging from $36.00 to $55.80, depending on expertise and years of experience.

The ideal candidate will hold an IL RN license, with BSN preferred, and BLS/CPR certification for Healthcare Providers. Minimum one year of hospital nursing experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Current professional Nursing Licensure in the State of IL required.
• BSN degree preferred.
• BLS/CPR certification for the Healthcare Provider required.
• Minimum 1-year current hospital nursing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care to all patient populations in the department.
• Utilize the nursing process in planning, implementing and evaluating the patient plan of care.
• Maintain regulatory compliance in individual practice.
• Assume responsibility, accountability and authority for outcomes of nursing care.
• Guide and direct assigned unlicensed nursing personnel in delivering patient care.
• Positively contributing to safety outcomes and promoting high quality patient experience.

Hourly Pay Range:

$36.00 - $55.80 - The hourly pay rate offered is determined by a candidate's expertise and years of experience, among other factors.

Position Highlights:

• Position: RN - ICU

• Location: Evanston, IL

• Full Time: 24 hours per week

• Hours: Day/Night rotation (7am-7:30pm/7pm-7:30am) w/ rotating weekends.

• Required Travel: No
