Description:ICU RN for a patient unit specialized in Stem Cell Transplant and Car-T patients.The unit has 15 rooms with an average daily census of around 7 patients.Floats will be required to the Med/Surg unit as needed.There is no on-call requirement.Required skills include interpretation of ABGs, management of ventilated patients, and care for patients on BiPAP/CPAP.Experience with chemotherapy administration, surgical wounds with drains, and infection prevention is preferred.Registered Nurses will work three nights per week with a focus on teamwork and interdisciplinary support.Candidates should have strong communication skills and be adaptable to a dynamic patient environment.No requests for time off will be accepted during specific holiday periods.All clinical staff must have a flu vaccine or a signed flu declination form during the flu season.Chemo certification is required for all nursing positions except for phone triage and case management but is encouraged.
