Job summary

Equiliem is seeking an ICU RN for our Salt Lake City facility. The unit has 24 beds with 46 staff and uses EPIC for documentation. The role requires 2 years ICU experience and offers straight nights or 50/50 shift options.

Floating to PCU is allowed; ACLS is required. Weekends include 3 shifts in 4 weeks. Dress code is Caribbean Blue scrubs; benefits and career opportunities are provided by Equiliem.

• Patient Ratios: 1:2 (1:3 for PCU boarders, 1:1 for sitters or higher acuity- IABP, CRRT, open hearts)
• Unit Staffing Description: 1 CCT/US during day shift if > 10 patients
• Documentation System: EPIC
• Scheduling Requirements: Straight nights or 50/50
• Floating Policy: PCU or as a sitter anywhere in hospital inpatient
