This Registered Nurse position in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU) revolves around providing direct, high-quality care to critically ill patients using evidence-based practices. Responsibilities include conducting thorough assessments, formulating nursing diagnoses, and developing tailored care plans in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team, which are regularly updated based on the patient's evolving condition. Critical care nurses play a pivotal role in communicating patient changes to physicians promptly and participating in continuous professional development to stay current with ICU standards. The pay range is listed above. Actual pay rate offered is determined based on experience as an RN. Please be sure to include all applicable experience in your application.
