Cuyuna Regional Medical Center's ICU is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide direct, high-quality care to critically ill patients in a fast-paced environment. You will perform assessments, develop care plans with a multidisciplinary team, and ensure timely communication of patient changes to physicians.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years of ICU experience or complete a hospital critical care course within six months, maintain Minnesota RN license, and hold ACLS, BLS, and PALS.

Qualifications

• ACLS within 4 months of hire
• BLS within 30 days of hire
• PALS within 1 year of hire
• Minnesota RN license required
• Minimum 2 years ICU experience or hospital critical care course within 6 months
• Trauma training within 1 year of hire

Responsibilities

• Provide direct, high-quality care to critically ill patients in the ICU.
• Conduct thorough assessments and formulate nursing diagnoses.
