Job summary

Cynet Health is seeking an experienced RN for a 13-week ICU travel assignment in Modesto, CA. Night shifts, 12-hour blocks, and a 2:1 patient ratio with weekend coverage as needed.

Active RN licensure in California is required, with BLS, ACLS, PALS (within 180 days), TNCC (within 180 days), and NIHSS (within 90 days). Previous charge nurse experience and travel experience are preferred; Epic charting experience is required.

Description:Accountable for the assessment, coordination, delivery, and evaluation of nursing care.Involves direct patient care, patient and family education, and transitions of care in an acute patient setting.Delivers holistic and individualized care to all patients in the assigned area.Develops, implements, and coordinates a plan of care that incorporates various factors affecting the patient.Fosters and maintains collaborative relationships between patients, their family or support group, physicians, and other healthcare providers.Communicates effectively and timely to enhance the patient experience.Adheres to hospital policies, industry standards, best practices, and applicable laws and regulations.Maintains a patient ratio of 2:1 during days, nights, and weekends.Float to other areas may be required occasionally.Weekend shifts include every other Saturday and Sunday, with holiday coverage as needed.
