Job summary

Cynet Health is seeking an experienced RN for a fast-paced Cardiac ICU assignment. This 13‑week contract features 12‑hour night shifts with a 1:2 nurse‑to‑patient ratio and occasional 1:1 assignments.

You will titrate drips, monitor telemetry, and collaborate with a diverse team to deliver high‑quality care. The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of ICU experience, an active RN license, BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications, and is ready to engage in ongoing learning and questions.

Qualifications

• Must have ability to critically think through complex situations.
• Experience interpreting telemetry strips and responding to changes.
• Strong nursing care coordination and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Titrate drips and manage ICU medications per orders.

Description:Fast-paced Cardiac ICU environment.Unit focuses on bedside shift report and intentional hourly rounding.Looking for highly motivated nurses.Candidates should be ready and willing to ask questions and seek out resources.Open to learning new things.Community is culturally diverse.Candidates should embrace differences and provide high-quality care.Patient experience is a priority.Nurse-to-patient ratios are 1:2 with occasional 1:1 assignments.RNs are required to titrate drips.Common diagnoses include sepsis, STEMI, COVID, stroke, and respiratory failure.Charge nurse on each shift takes an assignment.Nurse aides/patient care techs are available with a ratio of 1:10.RNs are required to read and interpret telemetry strips.Weekend requirements are every other weekend.Floating to other areas in the facility may occur based on abilities.Scrub color for RNs is navy blue.Looking for candidates who can provide the highest quality of care to all patients.Additional time off requests need to be provided upfront.Client can cancel shifts as per the cancellation policy.Charting system used is EPIC.
