Cynet Health in Texas seeks an experienced RN to join ICU coverage for a 13-week assignment. The RN must have 1-2 years ICU experience, an active RN license, ACLS and BCLS certifications. Shift is 07:00 to 19:00 with a 36-hour shift, providing predictable days in a high-acuity unit.

The 26-bed unit uses mechanical ventilation, CRRT, IABP, Impella, EKOS and Meditech EMR. Floating to CVIMCU/IMCU may be required; staffing includes a charge RN and rapid response RN.

Qualificações

Description:The unit has 26 beds and a dedicated staff.Staffing includes a charge RN, a rapid response RN, and bedside RNs on day and night shifts.The patient-to-staff ratio is 1:2.Equipment used includes mechanical ventilators, CRRT, IABP, Impella, EKOS, and Meditech EMR.Typical procedures performed in this unit include intubation, bedside ECMO cannulation, chest tube insertion, bedside tracheostomy, and central line insertions.Candidates with experience in CV and Neuro ICU will be considered favorably.The ideal candidate is accountable for their actions.Floating to CVIMCU and IMCU may be required.The dress code is royal blue.Every other weekend shift is required, and agency staff are not placed on-call.
