Responsibilities

• Collaborates with Transfer Center and teams to expedite throughput and bed management.
• Directs telemetry decisions and bed assignments; responds to rapid responses and codes as needed.
• Provides staff education, mentoring, and competency assessments for nursing personnel.
• Addresses patient/family complaints with appropriate documentation and follow-up.
• Coordinates staffing/resources and participates in quality improvement activities.
