Job summary

Crestwyn Behavioral Health is a leading psychiatric inpatient hospital in the Memphis area. We are seeking an RN Supervisor to oversee nursing operations, ensure patient safety, and coordinate care across units.

A BSN or higher and an active RN license are required, with 2+ years RN experience and supervisory exposure preferred. The role offers a $10,000 sign-on bonus, competitive benefits, and growth opportunities in a state-of-the-art facility.

Qualifications

• BSN or higher strongly preferred.
• Current RN license in the state of the facility.
• Minimum two years RN experience; three years preferred.
• Prior supervisor or administrative RN experience preferred.
• One year of experience with the population required.
• One year of charge RN or other administrative experience required.

Responsibilities

• Direct, plan, and supervise nursing operations for assigned units.
• Coordinate delivery of behavioral health nursing services.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and nursing standards.
• Manage staff, recruitment, training, and performance.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to meet patient needs.
• Provide direct care as needed.
• Oversee budgeting and expenditures for the unit.
