Current Idaho RN licensure is required along with BLS, ACLS within 90 days, and PALS within 1 year. Strong conflict resolution, disaster management, and staff support skills are essential to maintain

Qualifications

• Current Idaho RN licensure.
• BLS certification within 14 days of hire or transfer.
• ACLS within 90 days of hire.
• PALS within 1 year of hire.
• Ability to manage Conflict Resolution.
• Ability to manage Disaster Management and In-House Emergencies.
• Faciliate needs related to Morgue/Pathology/Organ Donation.
• Manage Physician Issues.
• Manage Risk Management/Public Relations.
• Be available for Staff Support Issues.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a resource/facilitator for patient care and assume Nursing Administration duties on nights, weekends, holidays, and other times when leadership is unavailable.
• Make rounds on patient care units and provide management support as needed.
