Pinellas County Rehabilitation Hospital seeks an RN Supervisor to oversee nursing staff, assess patient needs, and deliver high-quality rehabilitation care. The role involves planning staff training and participating in guidance and educational programs to support clinical excellence.

Ideal candidates hold an active RN license with BLS and are prepared to obtain CRRN or equivalent certification. Inpatient rehab experience and supervisory background are preferred with a focus on patient outcomes

Position Summary:

Supervises nursing staff, assessespatientsneeds andprovidesnursing care for patients. Plans and organizes training for unit staffmembers, andparticipates in guidance and educational programs.

Pay:

Rate of pay is based on years of experience and qualifications.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Current state licensure asanRegistered Nurse
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification must be obtained from the American Heart Association and/or American RedCross.Online certification is not acceptable.
• CRRN or written plan to obtain whenqualified

DesiredQualifications:

• Inpatient rehabilitation experience
• Previoussupervisory experience
