Job summary

Bradenton Rehabilitation Hospital in Bradenton, FL is opening March 2026 and seeks a Nursing Supervisor to lead our nursing team, assess patient needs, and coordinate care in a brand-new 60-bed rehabilitation facility with advanced therapy gyms.

The ideal candidate will hold a current RN license in Florida, BLS certification, and experience in inpatient rehabilitation with supervisory responsibilities; CRRN or a plan to obtain is preferred.

Qualifications

• Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse.
• BLS certification from the American Heart Association and/or American Red Cross. Online certification is not acceptable.
• CRRN or written plan to obtain when qualified

Bradenton Rehabilitation Hospital is opening March 2026! Join our team to work in a beautiful new hospital with 60 private patient rooms and 2 rehab therapy gyms with cutting-edge technology.

Position Summary:

Supervises nursing staff, assesses patients needs and provides nursing care for patients. Plans and organizes training for unit staff members and participates in guidance and educational programs.

Pay: Rate of pay is based on years of experience and qualifications.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Current state licensure as an Registered Nurse
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification must be obtained from the American Heart Association and/or American Red Cross. Online certification is not acceptable.
• CRRN or written plan to obtain when qualified

Desired Qualifications:

• Inpatient rehabilitation experience
• Previous supervisory experience
