Job summary

Milwaukee Rehabilitation Hospital at Greenfield seeks a nursing supervisor to oversee staff, assess patient needs and provide high-quality care on a rehab unit. The role includes planning training and participating in guidance and education programs, with care standards aligned to inpatient rehabilitation guidelines.

Ideal candidates hold an RN license with BLS, and should either have CRRN or a plan to obtain it.

Qualifications

• Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse
• BLS certification from American Heart Association or American Red Cross (online certification not acceptable)
• CRRN or plan to obtain when qualified
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organizational, time management and prioritization skills
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
• Detail-oriented and able to meet strict time frames

Pay: Rate of pay is based on years of experience and qualifications.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Current state licensure as an Registered Nurse
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification must be obtained from the American Heart Association and/or American Red Cross. Online certification is not acceptable.
• CRRN or written plan to obtain when qualified

Desired Qualifications:

• Inpatient rehabilitation experience
• Previous supervisory experience
