Job summary

Freeman Health System is seeking a Supervisor, House - RN, to provide critical leadership during assigned shifts. This role includes overseeing hospital operations and ensuring delivery of safe, high-quality patient care while managing staffing and patient flow.

The ideal candidate will have an Associate Degree in Nursing, RN license, as well as BLS and ACLS certifications. This position offers a variety of benefits, including health insurance and paid time off.

Qualifications

• Associate Degree or higher preferred.
• 1-2 years of related experience in the profession required.
• 1-2 years of previous leadership experience preferred.

What You’ll Do

The Supervisor, House - RN provides critical leadership during assigned shifts to oversee hospital operations and ensure the delivery of safe, high-quality patient care. This role acts as the administrative point of contact during non‑business hours, including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays. The Supervisor coordinates patient flow, manages staffing, addresses emergencies, and ensures compliance with hospital policies and regulatory standards, serving as a resource for clinical and non‑clinical staff.

Requirements

• Associate Degree or higher preferred
• 1-2 years of related experience in the profession required
• 1-2 years of previous leadership experience preferred
• RN license for practicing state
• BLS and ACLS required
