Job summary

Courtyard Rehabilitation in Marianna, FL is seeking an RN Supervisor to lead nursing operations in a faith-based, resident-focused setting. You will oversee RN/LPN charge nurses, CNAs, and Medication Aids, while ensuring safe, high‑quality care and timely assessments.

Responsibilities include monitoring residents, documenting clearly, coordinating with interdisciplinary teams and families, adhering to infection control, and supporting daily living activities.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in good standing in the state of practice.
• Experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting is preferred.

What You Will Do
