The Clinical Staffing Supervisor supports the staffing office manager by making clinical staffing decisions and overseeing the operations of the Central Resource during shifts. Responsibilities include staffing allocation oversight, rounding on float and flex staff, and collaborating with leadership and house supervisors on staffing concerns. The role also involves providing expert clinical support to the staffing office and nursing team, problem-solving, and evaluating resource allocation based on patient and unit needs. The Clinical Supervisor aligns with the organization’s mission, values, and patient care standards.

The House Supervisor provides operational and administrative oversight during assigned shifts across all clinical departments. This includes patient care oversight, emergency management, and addressing clinical concerns. They serve as a clinical resource, support nursing staff, and evaluate nursing care quality, assigning personnel based on patient and unit needs. The House Supervisor understands organizational needs and promotes the mission and values of patient care.
Education Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) from an accredited school.
Licensure/Certification: RN license in North Carolina; BLS certification.
Professional Experience: At least 2 years of nursing experience in a tertiary care setting, including 1 year in the assigned area.
