This is a 36 hour/week Night Shift position.
The Clinical Staffing Supervisor acts as an extension of the staffing office manager, overseeing clinical staffing decisions and the operations of the Central Resource during the shift. Responsibilities include staffing allocation oversight, rounding on float and flex staff, and collaborating with leadership and house supervisors on staffing concerns. The role provides expert clinical support to the staffing office and nursing team, and involves problem-solving and resource evaluation in the clinical setting to assign personnel based on patient and unit needs. The Clinical Supervisor understands organizational needs and supports the mission, values, and patient care management.

The House Supervisor provides operational and administrative oversight to all clinical departments during an assigned shift.
