Qualifications

• Associate degree or higher in Nursing required.
• 1-2 years of related leadership experience preferred.
• RN license required to practice in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Oversee hospital operations during assigned shifts and ensure adequate staffing across departments.
• Monitor census, admissions, discharges, and bed utilization.
• Act as administrative point of contact during non-business hours and provide staff support.
• Respond to emergencies and coordinate resources to ensure patient safety and quality care.
• Supervise nursing staff and provide clinical guidance and delegation as needed.
